Refund Policy

At Ingram Spark Publishing Pros, our Refund Policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our services. While we strive for complete customer satisfaction, please note that certain circumstances make projects ineligible for refunds.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

You have used a discounted coupon for your order.

You selected a promotional or special service package.

You have approved the initial draft of your project.

You have requested revisions on the project.

You canceled the order for reasons unrelated to Ingram Spark Publishing Pros or our policies.

You have not communicated with Ingram Spark Publishing Pros for more than 2 weeks after your project began.

You have violated our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy.

You have engaged another service provider or freelancer for the same project assigned to Ingram Spark Publishing Pros.

You submitted an incomplete project brief.

You demanded changes in any approved draft.

You have exceeded the maximum time limit allowed for requesting a refund or making claims.

You have requested a refund due to reasons such as change of mind, disputes with partners, or other similar personal reasons.

You have approved and accepted the final deliverables.

You have accepted multiple revisions for any service provided.

You ordered a bundled service package and are dissatisfied with a specific service. Refunds may only be claimed for that specific service, not the entire bundle.

You failed to provide an initial project brief within 10 days of placing your order.

Please note that upon refund approval, all rights to any drafts, content, or materials previously delivered will transfer back to Ingram Spark Publishing Pros. You will no longer have the right to use, distribute, or claim ownership of any materials created by our team.

Refund Processing Guidelines

All refund requests will be reviewed under the following conditions:

If your refund request is submitted before delivery of the initial draft, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.

If your request is made within 48 to 120 hours after receiving the initial draft, you may receive a 33% refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.

No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours from the delivery of the initial draft. However, we encourage you to reach out to our team with any concerns, as we aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

All communications related to refunds must be directed through our support department. Ingram Spark Publishing Pros reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on individual circumstances and any violations of our user agreement.
